What Do I Need to Renew ACP
The process of renewing your ACP is very easy and precise. To successfully renew your ACP however, you will need to submit your application ID. How do I Know that I Still Qualify for the ACP Facility

Finally, if you renewed through phone, you will also get a phone call, notifying you about the status of your renewal.
Supposing I do Not Renew My ACP on Time, What Happens
If you fail to renew your annual ACP on time, you will get a notification, reminding you to recertify the program within two months. If you fail to renew within the 60-dyas recertification window, USAC will send another alert via mail 2 or 3 days after the window period. The purpose of this alert is to inform you that your 60 days are over. 5 days after the recertification window, USAC will then de-enroll you from the program.
