How do I Know that I Still Qualify for the ACP Facility

After renewing your ACP via, USAC will send your eligibility status notification, with a fail or pass, through mail. However, if your submitted your ACP renewal online, a confirmation page will be presented to you, indicating the status of your renewal. This is either a pass or fail. Finally, if you renewed through phone, you will also get a phone call, notifying you about the status of your renewal.
Supposing I do Not Renew My ACP on Time, What Happens
If you fail to renew your annual ACP on time, you will get a notification, reminding you to recertify the program within two months. If you fail to renew within the 60-dyas recertification window, USAC will send another alert via mail 2 or 3 days after the window period. The purpose of this alert is to inform you that your 60 days are over. 5 days after the recertification window, USAC will then de-enroll you from the program. Basically, this means that you will lose all your ACP benefits. As a result, your internet monthly bill will increase automatically.
